Who we are

These terms apply when you use the Payboost Telegram bot ([@bot_username]) and this website. By using Payboost you agree to them.
What Payboost does
Payboost lets you buy USDT with Naira (NGN) and sell USDT for Naira. In this version you can buy USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and Polygon, and sell USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon, Tron (TRC20), Solana and Ethereum (ERC20). Naira is paid in and out through bank accounts in Nigeria.
Orders are processed through our regulated payment partner, [Payment partner name]. Payboost does not give investment, tax or financial advice.
Who can use Payboost
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You use a Nigerian bank account that is in your own name.
- You use Payboost only for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.
- Using Payboost is legal for you where you live.
Your account
You sign in with your Telegram account and share your phone number. We ask for your email once, before your first order, and take your name from the bank account you add.
Keep your Telegram account secure. You are responsible for orders placed from it. Tell us right away through Support if you think someone else has access.
Orders, quotes and rates
- Before you confirm, the bot shows what you pay, what you get, the network and any fees.
- Amounts marked "≈" are estimates based on the current rate. The final amount follows the rate and fees applied by our payment partner when your payment is processed.
- Payment details (bank account or deposit address) are valid for one order and expire at the time shown. Never send money to expired details.
- You must send the exact amount shown. Payments that don't match may be rejected, refunded or held for review.
Pay from your own account
When you buy USDT, you must pay from a bank account in your own name. Payments from someone else's account are refunded and the order is not completed.
Networks and wallet addresses
You are responsible for the wallet address you give us and for sending USDT on the network you picked. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. USDT sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or as a different coin may be lost permanently and we may not be able to recover it.
Fees and limits
Fees are shown in the bot before you confirm an order. Each order has a minimum and maximum amount, and daily limits may apply. We may change fees and limits at any time; changes never apply to an order you have already confirmed.
Reviews and refunds
Some orders are reviewed before they complete, for example when an amount doesn't match or a payment comes from another person's account. Refunds are sent to the account the payment came from, less any charges our payment partner applies: [Refund policy details].
What you must not do
- Use Payboost for fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal activity.
- Use stolen funds, other people's accounts or false information.
- Try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the bot or website.
We may refuse, pause or cancel orders and close accounts where we believe these terms are being broken, and we may report activity to the authorities when the law requires it.
Checks and compliance
To meet anti-money-laundering and other legal duties, we and our payment partner may ask for more information about you or an order, and may delay an order until checks are complete.
Risks and liability
Digital assets carry risk, including price changes and network issues outside our control. To the extent the law allows, Payboost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by wrong addresses, wrong networks, wrong amounts, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law. Our total liability for any order is limited to [Liability cap].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the bot. Continuing to use Payboost means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go to the courts of [State / city], Nigeria.
