Do I need to sign up?

What are the fees?
Our fee is built into the rate, a few Naira per USDT, and it gets smaller on bigger orders. The rates section above always shows today's fee. The bot shows the amount you pay and what you get on the confirm screen, before you commit. Nothing is added later.
Are there limits?
Yes. Each order has a minimum and a maximum, and the bot shows them before you type an amount.
How long does it take?
Most orders complete within minutes of your payment being confirmed. You get live updates in the chat the whole way.
What if I send USDT on the wrong network?
When you buy, we send USDT on BEP20 or Polygon, so use a wallet address on the network you picked. When you sell, you can send on BEP20, Polygon, TRC20, Solana or ERC20, but only on the network you picked. Funds sent on another network, or another coin, may be lost for good. That's why the bot asks you to confirm the network before it shows an address. Ethereum (ERC20) network fees are high; BEP20 or TRC20 are much cheaper.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Send exactly the amount shown. Payments that don't match can be rejected or held for review, which delays your order. If that happens, our team will contact you.
Can someone else pay for me?
No. Pay from a bank account in your own name. Payments from other people's accounts are refunded.
How do I get help?
